Hello Mystic! My name is Taylor Fitzgerald, I am a Massachusetts native and I grew up pursuing athletics and academics to maintain good health. Having reached the level of an All-American Sprinter, I understand that some physical commitments can be hard on the body – yoga should not be one of those commitments. As a ‘One Voice’ certified yoga instructor, I pay extra attention to making space for our unique bodies and abilities. I want to establish a room where our bodies can stretch, our minds can rest, and our spirits can heal and recharge. Having been humbled as a High School History teacher, I hope to bring knowledge, expertise, and agency to our yoga practices. The cliche for my vinyasa is ‘there is no perfect yoga, just the perfect student. A perfect student is a student that breathes!’
