Hours of Operation
Mystic Fitness unlocks its doors 30 minutes before the start time of each class. You can always speak with a friendly staff member during this time. We lock our front door when class begins.
Staff are available again to assist students in learning about the studio and making purchases for an additional 20-30 minutes after the end time of every class.
It is recommended that all students arrive to class at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled class time. If you are a new student, please arrive 20-30 minutes prior to the start of class time.
Mystic Fitness has ample free parking for everybody.

Our Framingham location is 2600 square feet, with a large practice studio (over 1300 square feet), men and women’s changing rooms with showers, and a small retail store.

Directions
Mystic Fitness is located in Trolley Square in Framingham MA. The street address is 855 Worcester Road Suite 18. Our studio is located in the back of Trolley Square.
From Route 9 West: Go past Whole Foods to the next exit, Route 30 Southborough/Framingham. Turn Immediately into Trolley Square on the right. Mystic Fitness is in the back of Trolley Square. Look for the black awning and the Mystic Fitness sign.
From Route 9 East: At traffic light just past Trader Joe’s make a U-turn and follow directions above.
