I began practicing yoga in 2014 and I instantly fell in love. I love sharing my passion and enthusiasm for the bountiful mental and spiritual healing that yoga creates for dedicated students. I graduated One Voice Yoga Teacher training in 2018 and from there I received incredible and deep profound ways to cope with and transform mental ailments such as anxiety, depression, insomnia, and ADHD. I strive to create an environment in my classes that can foster this healing and provide inner spaciousness for students to find that healing and light within themselves.
