My passion is to offer an inviting, safe and creative self-care practice for everyone interested in yoga. I discovered yoga after seeking methods to cope with anxiety and to recover from injuries to both of my wrists. I kept returning to my mat after finding myself grounded, recharged and connected. I was certified as a RYT-200 through the One Voice yoga teacher training program in June 2018. I pursued my passion to teach yoga shortly after my daughter turned 1 year old. When not teaching or practicing yoga I enjoy spending time with my daughter and husband, managing a television production facility and collecting and listening to music.
