I am a classically-trained opera singer and actress, with certifications in Hula-Hoop Instruction, Russian Kettle Bells, Personal Training, Group Exercise, and Yoga (RYT-200).  In my classes, I combine my passion for teaching with the joyful freedom of yoga. My background in personal training and theatre inspire me to fuse expressive movements into functional and safe yoga sequences which incorporate all aspects of posture and breathing.
