I am a bilingual, 420-hour certified yoga instructor who has been practicing yoga since 2005 and leading classes since 2015. I am certified in Kripalu Yoga, One Voice Vinyasa Yoga, and Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra (NSDR – Non Sleep Deep Rest). Elements of meditation, dance, functional movement, intentional joint resiliency, and play come together in my classes to create an inviting experience for all levels and abilities.
