It is my love of yoga’s gifts that led me to become a yoga teacher and share my unique perspective on how to heal myself and create a more balanced and fulfilled life. I have completed more than 650 hours of yoga teacher trainings, including Yoga for Life, Stil Studio’s Fluid Yoga, and the Body Matrix Vinyasa Flow. Combining music, slow intentional movement and breathwork, my classes are challenging, creative and meditative.
